Staff Group: Our Staff

Paul currently lives and works in remote East Arnhem, in the Northern Territory of Australia. He has the privilege of walking beside and learning from the Yolŋu Traditional Owners as they navigate a post-mining future to achieve their vision of being self-sufficient and able to live and work in harmony on their homelands.

Ragina Rogers is a proud freshwater Wiradjuri woman with strong ties to the Bundjalung Nation.

Libby is a non-Indigenous person who was raised on Githabul Land in the Darling Downs. She now resides on Gumbaynggirr Country of Coffs Harbour, northeastern NSW.

Zoie is a proud Wiradjuri and Ngemba woman based on Turrbal and Jagera Country, Brisbane (Meanjin).

Kendal is a non-Indigenous person who lives, walks, and works on Dja Dja Wurrung Country in regional Victoria. Raised on Dharawal Country, their career has taken them across many Nations and regional and remote communities. She brings a deep respect for place, community, and local knowledges to their work.

Ana Maria is an Andean woman born in Bogota Colombia, descending from the Muisca nation. She migrated to Australia in her early teens with her family and grew up on Gadigal land (Sydney). Ana currently lives and works on Darkinjung (central coast NSW).

Adam is a graphic designer and digital specialist at AIGI, where he leads communications and digital engagement.

Tahu is a Māori man from Aotearoa New Zealand, descending from the Ngāi Tahu, Te Āti Awa, Ngāti Mutunga, and Ngāti Toa Rangatira iwi (tribes).

Tahu lives and works on Wangal land in Sydney and is dedicated to supporting the advancement of Indigenous peoples as cultural, social, and environmental knowledge holders vital to sustainable development.

Ella was born and raised on Arrernte country and currently resides in Naarm (Melbourne).

Ella has a background in social science and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, where she completed a double major in Anthropology and History (honours).

Before joining AIGI, Ella worked as a writer and content creator.
