With a background supporting First Nations community programs, Adam has worked alongside Mob across Australia, including with the Yanalangami: Strong Women, Strong Communities program and Tranby Aboriginal Cooperative’s national delivery of their diploma programs.

At AIGI, Adam strengthens the organisation’s digital presence, brand, and stakeholder engagement. He has led key initiatives including the redevelopment of AIGI’s visual identity and communications systems, growth of digital audiences, and the delivery of major campaigns and communications assets.

Adam also manages AIGI’s digital systems and innovation along with the procurement and management support of AIGI’s philanthropic relationships and funding.

Significantly, they also contributed to the Indigenous Governance Toolkit being recognised as a winner at the 2025 Not-for-Profit Technology Awards, reflecting his focus on impactful, accessible digital engagement that supports strong Indigenous governance.
