Paul currently lives and works in remote East Arnhem, in the Northern Territory of Australia.
He has the privilege of walking beside and learning from the Yolŋu Traditional Owners as they navigate a post-mining future to achieve their vision of being self-sufficient and able to live and work in harmony on their homelands.
Paul has worked in the resources, information technology, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors across Australia, India, and the United States. He brings authenticity, integrity, and vulnerability to his leadership roles and strives to meaningfully contribute to creating a just society for future generations.
Paul collaborates closely with the CEO, executive leadership team and Board to lead AIGI by providing strategic advice and governance support, strengthening organisational policies and systems, supporting Board and sub-committee processes, and ensuring effective and compliant operations that enable delivery of the Institute’s strategic priorities.
