Zoie is a proud Wiradjuri and Ngemba woman based on Turrbal and Jagera Country, Brisbane (Meanjin).
She is passionate about advancing Indigenous ways of being, promoting self-determination, and driving real-world change. Zoie holds a double degree in Business and Psychology and brings extensive experience across the not-for-profit, private, and government sectors. Her work has included advancing Indigenous education and employment, advocating for Queensland treaty preparation, and supporting healthy, violence-free communities.
At AIGI, Zoie plays a key role in the Learning and Development team, supporting the delivery and promotion of projects and initiatives that strengthen Indigenous leadership and governance.
