Courtney is recognised for her strengths in governance, with a deep understanding of organisational and Indigenous/cultural governance frameworks. She is skilled in creating transparent, accountable, and culturally relevant governance structures that foster trust and inclusion. She is strongly committed to integrating culturally appropriate practices, promoting engagement, and delivering sustainable, community-driven outcomes. Courtney is a strong problem solver and critical thinker focused on creating collaborative environments that drive long-term success.
As Director of Business Development at AIGI, Courtney leads organisational development, consultancy, and strategic partnerships to strengthen Indigenous governance, drive impact, and support communities through advisory services, capacity-building, and resource mobilisation.
