Ana Maria is an Andean woman born in Bogota Colombia, descending from the Muisca nation. She migrated to Australia in her early teens with her family and grew up on Gadigal land (Sydney). Ana currently lives and works on Darkinjung (central coast NSW).
Zoe McCarthy is a proud Dabee Wiradjuri and Māori woman currently living on Guringai land (Sydney’s Northern Beaches).
Karen Sinclair is a Ngarrindjeri educator and the Program Director for the Postgraduate suite of Aboriginal Studies Programs at UniSA.
Adam was raised on Gubbi Gubbi country and currently resides on Gadigal and Wangal lands.
Adam is a skilled graphic designer and digital specialist who, as a Queer and non-Binary person, is passionate about intersectional allyship and cross-community support of marginalised groups.
With a background aiding First Nations community programs, Adam has spent time working closely with Mob from around Australia. Specifically, Adam provided consultancy services to the Yanalangami: Strong Women, Strong Communities program, and aided Tranby Aboriginal Cooperative in the delivery of their national online diploma programs in Indigenous Governance and Legal Advocacy.
At AIGI, Adam coordinates the communication and digital engagement strategy of the organisation and also supports the digital innovation projects of the team.

Tahu is a Māori man from Aotearoa New Zealand, descending from the Ngāi Tahu, Te Āti Awa, Ngāti Mutunga, and Ngāti Toa Rangatira iwi (tribes).
Tahu lives and works on Wangal land in Sydney and is dedicated to supporting the advancement of Indigenous peoples as cultural, social, and environmental knowledge holders vital to sustainable development.
Alex is a Kabi Kabi djan (man) based in Naarm (Melbourne, Australia)
Ella was born and raised on Arrernte country and currently resides in Naarm (Melbourne).
Ella has a background in social science and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, where she completed a double major in Anthropology and History (honours).
Before joining AIGI, Ella worked as a writer and content creator.
Elise is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Central NSW and was born and has spent most of her life in Awabakal country. She is passionate about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander advancement and working to create programs and opportunities that address real world challenges and promote social change.
