Alex is a Kabi Kabi djan (man) based in Naarm (Melbourne, Australia).
Alex is the inaugural Managing Director of Bundyi Girri Consulting, a position that allows him to utilise First Peoples knowledges and perspectives while working with those seeking to advance their Reconciliation maturity.
For over a decade, Alex has focused on advancing social and economic outcomes of First Nations Peoples, specialising in the co-design, development and implementation of strategic policy frameworks that seek to facilitate social equity and economic prosperity for First Peoples.
Alex’s former roles have seen him as a lead in the development and implementation of several key policy reforms, including the Victorian Aboriginal Housing and Homelessness Framework and ‘Investing in the Relationship: Our Role in Indigenous Enterprise Flourishing’ framework from RMIT University.
Alex is a current Global Atlantic Fellow, Atlantic Institute, Oxford and holds a Masters of Social Change Leadership and has a post graduate qualification in Education from the University of Melbourne.
