Libby is a non-Indigenous person who was raised on Githabul Land in the Darling Downs. She now resides on Gumbaynggirr Country of Coffs Harbour, northeastern NSW.
Libby has had extensive experience as an accredited trainer and assessor in the Business Services industry, where she has developed a strong focus on nurturing talent and professional growth. In addition to her educational role, Libby has produced and directed short documentaries for television and community projects.
Libby has dedicated her training to empowering individuals, creating opportunities for skill enhancement, and helping aspiring achievers unlock their potential to pursue their aspirations.
Libby has dedicated herself to raising awareness and amplifying Indigenous voices in Australia by mentoring emerging Indigenous filmmakers and highlighting their unique perspectives and training opportunities. Recently, she has worked with a leading Aboriginal organisation to train local Aboriginal Land Councils in board governance, focusing on providing learning opportunities and sharing valuable information about Indigenous equity and advocacy.
