Ragina is a proud freshwater Wiradjuri woman with strong ties to the Bundjalung Nation, bringing with her a deep commitment to serving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and driving systemic change for equity, sustainability and self-determination.
With a philanthropic leadership career at the interface of Culture and Governance, Ragina is a visionary leader whose work has driven social and economic sustainability for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. She draws on both traditional leadership principles and contemporary governance practice to empower strong culture, connection to Country, and community-led solutions.
Holding a Master’s degree in Governance and Leadership, Ragina brings extensive experience in reform and change management, cultural governance, and two-way governance models that strengthen Indigenous decision-making and leadership across Australia.
