Submission for the Native Title Unit in relation to the Native Title Exposure Draft

The Australian Indigenous Governance Institute welcomes the work being undertaken to by the Native Title Unit in the Federal Attorney-General’s Department, in relation to reforming native title in Australia. AIGI has made a number of recommendations to the Native Title Unit in relation to the Native Title Exposure Draft released in October 2018.
