Strengthen Your Confidence in Reading Board Financial Reports
Online Masterclass (Part 2)
Understanding financial reports is a key part of strong governance, but many board members and senior staff are expected to read and interpret documents that don’t always feel clear or accessible. This 75‑minute practical masterclass builds on our previous session and focuses on how to read and make sense of board financial documents, so you can participate in financial discussions with confidence.
Together, we’ll work through real examples of:
- Profit & Loss statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow statements
You’ll learn how to:
- understand what the numbers are really telling you about your organisation
- spot trends and potential red flags
- ask informed, confident questions at board and leadership meetings
This session is ideal if you attended Part 1, or if you’re looking to strengthen your financial oversight skills in a supportive learning space.
