Alex was born and raised in Sydney (Eora) and has recently obtained a Bachelor of Public Policy from the Australian National University in Canberra (Ngunnawal).
With overlapping interests in social justice, development, and political science, she was naturally drawn to policy studies and passionately believes in its potential to make Australia a more inclusive and equitable society.
Since graduating, Alex has gained work experience with the public service and not-for-profit organisations. Through joining AIGI and working to update the Indigenous Governance Toolkit, she has been able to apply her skills in research and writing whilst contributing to an organisation that affects real positive change.
